1. High-Altitude & Pilgrimage Risk Advisory
Tours and pilgrimages managed by Shiv Bhumi Travel Agency (including Mani Mahesh Yatra, Panch Kailash Yatras, Shrikhand Mahadev, and high mountain pass expeditions) involve travel to high-altitude zones exceeding 3,000 meters to 5,500 meters above sea level. Physical fitness, medical clearance, and proper acclimatization are mandatory for all travelers.
2. Weather Volatility & Route Changes
Himalayan mountain weather is inherently unpredictable. Landslides, heavy snowfall, flash floods, cloudbursts, or official route closures mandated by the District Administration (Chamba / Kinnaur / Lahaul-Spiti) may cause sudden itinerary modifications, delays, or cancellations. Shiv Bhumi Travel Agency reserves the right to alter itineraries on-ground for safety.
3. Mandatory Permit & Medical Registration
Certain high-altitude pilgrimages (e.g. Mani Mahesh Yatra and Shrikhand Mahadev) require compulsory medical fitness certificates and official Yatra registration from the Himachal Pradesh District Authorities. Travelers are solely responsible for providing true medical disclosure.
4. Third-Party Services & Transport
While Shiv Bhumi Travel Agency coordinates trusted local hotels, homestays, 4x4 vehicles, and mountain escorts, we act as an intermediary for certain third-party services. We are not liable for personal belongings lost, injuries due to personal negligence, or natural disasters beyond reasonable human control.
